My dear friends, What substance or combination do you recommend for enteric coating the Chitosan-Quercetin nanoparticles (pH 4-5) to colon delivery?

While the pH of my nanoparticle solution should not exceed 5. It should be noted that I only have a spray dryer device for this purpose. Thanks
