Where can I find the signature Reflectance of Endmembers (Soil,GV,NPV,Shade,Cloud) for Sentinel 2 to compute NDFI?

I am looking this values to perform spectral unmixing but I don't find them. Does anyone can give me a hint or a reference? *NDFI = (Normalized difference Fraction Index) Forest science.
