Can we do Cluster Analysis for metal composition in tissue of Crab and Mud skipper ?

We have data of presence of metals in tissue of Crab and mud skipper , so what type of statistical analysis we can do ? we have 5 metals , i.e., Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni, Hg
