How to dilute the concentration of 1 mg/ml to the concentration of 100 ng/ml ?

I want to prepare 9 bisphenol analogues in methanol solution with a concentration of 1 mg/ml. From those 1 mg/ml concentrations how can I prepare the concentration of 100 ng/ml?
