Does any software exist to estimate how many lesions we have using pictures from fresh rabbits lungs taken at the time of necropsy?

I want to know if anyone knows a software that can help me to estimate number of lesions or classify the pathology find on pictures (regular camera) taken from fresh lungs at the time of necropsy....
