2S QSAR - I have already do the 2D QSAR Model and get a acceptable r2 and q2, but i still confuse with my graph, that is corret or Not?

I have built the 2D QSAR with BIOVIA DS and got r2 =0.9516 and q2 = 0.907, but i am still confused that is my graph is correct or not because the test set doesn't spread in under the trendline.

PHARMACOPHORE MODELING- i have already made pharmacophore with discovery studio but the result cant generate the pharmacophore maps to the ligan?

I will buid a 3D QSAR model with Discovery Studio, has anyone in here eve used Discovery Studio for 3D QSAR?

i was building the 3D QSAR, but q square 0.9, is there any way to validate the QSAR, so that value of q square can > 0,5?
