Does anyone ever used a GFP-LC3 reporter ipsc line to measure autophagic flux in ipsc cardiomyocytes?

I want to quantify autophagic flux in a ipsc-cardiomyocytes. Therefor, I was wondering whether someone had used and/or purchased a ipsc line with a GFP-LC3 reporter? Thank you
