What is the method to obtain homogeneous dispersion of enzyme particles in chitosan solution?

We observe agglomeration of tyrosinaze enzyme (solved in PBS) after interaction with chitosan solution (prepared in 0.1 M HCl). Is there any suggestion to prepare homogeneous chitosan enzyme mixture.
