Anyone has a protocol of Tricine SDS-PAGE with 40% acrylamide for a protein of 10-30kDa?

I tried Tricine SDS-PAGE before starting by 30V for 1h and then changed to 100V but the bands stopped moving...anyone has an idea about it?
