How can I calculate packing density of particles by fomulas or softwares?

I have all data of particles, such as size distribution, or numbers. Is there any way that I can calculate the packing density of these particles? Assume that all particles are circular.

Why did the heat flow of DSC in the 2nd cycle decrease without any decomposition or volatilizing of sample?

My sample was the copper paste contained PEG, and there were no endothermic peaks or exothermal peaks, so I was wondering why did the heat flow in the 2nd and the 3rd cycle decrease? Thanks!
