What is the meaning of Phase angle degree higher than -90 (in Bode Diagrams resulted from EIS tests). As you know this appears at frequency higher than 10^5.

I conducted EIS test on epoxy reinforced coating on St12 substrate. When I saw the Bode Diagram, theta (phase angle) was higher than -90 (for example -100) for frequency between 10^4 and 10^5....
