How to make Lignin Alkali (Sigmaaldrich, Cat No.370959) medium for Microbe Isolation?

Is there anyone who use Alkali lignin (Sigmaaldrich, Cat No.370959) for making microbe isolation medium? How to dissolve the lignin in water medium and avoid residu after autoclave?
