How can I compare 2 datasets with a third specfic fixed set of data ?and these data are not the mean just values?can use Ttest even if they not mean ?

if I use the same 5 points of pressure and 2 models each give a different corresponding flowrate how I can say if they fit or not the third fixed data set of flowrate I already have.
