Placement of ground electrodes for simultaneous EEG recording with 1 device?

Dear group, we're trying to connect 2X32 ch. EEG caps on 1 64ch. device. Does anyone have the experience in what way the ground electrodes should be placed? We can use NuAmps, Deymed or SynAmps...
