I know that this device was not working 100% accurately when attached to an LSR II. Does anyone have recent experience with such a device on an LSR Fortessa? Is it worth upgrading? TIA, Henning

Who is using the "Tumor Dissociation Kit" from Miltenyi for TIL isolation?

We are subsequently staining the cells for Flow cytometric analysis and observed that the expression of some surface markers is affected by the contained enzymes. Did anyone observe the same?
