Could anyone tell me some information about the reaction progress from Li7Ti5O12 to Li4Ti5O12 at the O2 atmosphere?

Now I want to know what is the reaction progress from Li7Ti5O12(black blue) to Li4Ti5O12(white) in air? Where is the excess Li ions?Does Li2O form in the progress?
