Any idea on why dope solution of hollow fiber membrane solidified after tiO2 is added?

Neat membrane had been prepared and it is just fine. TiO2 was taken from new batch and all the chemicals were dried before using. Still pvdf did not dissolve and solution solidified

TOC of wastewater should always decrease after the treatment.Same goes toCOD.Is it possible for the value of TOC to be greater than COD value?

How I will correlate when the amount of TOC was greater than COD after the treatment.? In my experiment, the ratio of COD:TOC for two sets of results are ranging from 3:1 to 6:1
