Which is the best 96-well micro-plate for fluorescence-based Assays and from which company I can get it with a good price?

I would like to run a fluorescence assay on the plate reader and I want to order a micro-plate and I do not know which one I should be used and if they are disposable or not.

Has anyone used DCM-OH as a fluorphore and has a problem with measuring the fluorescence intensity?

I got an emission peak at 700 nm but the fluorescence intensity was so low and constant even i used different concentration.
