Can anybody teach me to use WSXM (Nanotec Electronica S.L.) software to analyze AFM iimage?

I have an AFM image of HAP powder. I would like to analyze Distribution of particle size measurement, surface roughness and Topography and surface properties in 2D images and 3D. Thank you in advance
