Any medications to prevent abortion in mice after intra-uterine cell injections?

I want to inject cells into E14 mice embryos after exposing the uterine horns via laparotomy but unfortunately all embryos will be aborted after surgery. I appreciate any suggestions.

Does anyone has experience with loading cells with Sarcosine (N-Methylglycine)?

It would be great if you could share your experience on the best concentration to be used and the the time needed to have maximum loading without having a lot of cell death.
