What is the rationale for both C- Myc tag and 6xHis tag in same plasmid. Can i use only his tag for mammalian expression?

I wanted to express protein in mammalian cells for purification I need 6XHis tag, however, plasmid synthesis company have vector with Myc and his tag. So do I need both or only his tag.
