Does anyone know when we prepare rat's liver protein samples for sds-page or western blotting, there are some visible particles in samples, why it is?

when i was loading the samples in the gel, i observed particles in the sample, i doubt whether these particles can hinder the proteins or results. does anyone faced same problem, if yes, how...
