Can we conjugate rabies virus glycoprotein (RVG) directly with exosome?

I have read many articles where researchers get RVG-Exo by transfecting the exosome producing cell through RVG Plasmid. I wanted to ask if anybody knows, can we decorate exosome with RVG directly...
