Recently MRC-5 source vails procured from NIBSC, cells were not attached to the TCF during the revival stage by using DMEM media can anyone suggest ?

Initial seeding at revival is 5.5 million cells/mL at day -1, it was found that monolayers was not formed that is cells were not attached to TCF, can anyone suggest any improvements
