How can a Large fusion protein(about 223 KDa) express in bacteria?

I tried to express a Large fusion protein (about 223 KDa) in bacteria (BL21de3) in the pet28b vector, but it failed as the SDS PAGE shows just very few proteins successfully expressed. I wonder...
