I am new to GROMACS and i want to perform an MD simulation for a protein using RDC data, can someone recomand any tutorials that explains how to?

The RDC data used are simulated to reflects dynamics, and so far i cant find any tutorial on how o include the rdc data in the simulations and how to perform the necessary updates to the topology...
