Has anyone tried using the Sigma SYBR Green Jumpstart qPCR kit on a Rotorgene instrument?

According to the Sigma website, this kit has not been optimised for use with a Rotorgene, but it is very reasonably priced, so I would like to know if anyone has successfully used it. Any comments...
