I am replicating TTV in the 293T cell line. now I want to treat the infected cell line with INFL2 in cell culture condition (as TTV and INFL2 showed a positive correlation under molecular conditions)

How to improve the persistent TTV replication in 293T cell line ?

I infected the 293T cell line with TTV. Before that, I transfected the Jurkat and Raji cell lines with TTV, but after 10 days of infection, the viral titer dropped.
