Can anyone suggest dye(s) that can distinguish a cancer cell from normal cells in FFPE tissues and won't affect the integrity of nucleic acids?

I want to isolate cancer cells and normal cells from formalin fixed cancer biopsies using laser capturing microdissection. I need the dye(s) to distinguish the cells.
