Why there are usually FTO/TiO2 structure when making inorganic perovskite solar cell?

Instead of ITO, I'm wondering why there are FTO/TiO2 structure, why not FTO/SnO2 or ITO/TiO2? Both of their band alignment look no problem, then why usually this structure is general?
