How can i change the reference system of spatial data from decimal coordinates to WGS84 32N ?

I downloaded spatial data from GBIF, but the coordinates were in decimal degree system and I have to use it in QGIS with the WGS84 system. Does anyone know how can i convert it? Thank you for helping
