Why Peroxide value increase in refined vegetable oil.?

at the time of filling the peroxide value is 0.5 however it increases with the passage of time. we have never faced such problem in past. please someone assist me in this regard.

Why canola oil appears less shinny (Temp=8 deg cel, for 8 hours) or dullness after refining i.e deodorization?

Sunflower & Soybean oil has good shining after 8C for 8 hours. However Canola shows less shining look like dull at that temperature. How to fix this issue. Please suggest refining...

Why refined vegetable oils getting reddish?

We have filled 1400 5 lit bottles and 2800 pouches 1.0 lit, out of this only 10 bottles and 40 pouches getting reddish color. Confusion, not all stock has the same problem. Picture is attached.
