Can i plan a crop rotation experiment using six crops (sesame, cotton, sorghum, soyabean, sunflower ,sorghum) ?

if possible ; 1. How could i fix the plot size, design, and specific methodologies for such rotation experiments in detail? 2. how long it should be it takes? 3. any thing you will suggest me?
