TRIS buffer pH discrepancies?

is there anyone that has some tris pre-set salts in use or makse his buffer using TRIS-HCL TRIS-base in fixed ratios? I use sigma t-0444 that should be pH 7.5 but appears 8.4 at 22oC either...
