Can anyone recommend me the type of grid for TEM measurement of Fe3O4 silica nanoparticles and only silica nanoparticles?

I need to get the TEM measurement for 2 samples Fe3O4 silica nanoparticles d only silica nanoparticles, but I  am confused whether l should use carbon coated copper grids or uncoated copper...
