Can anyone help me out with a protocol for cell phagocytosis assay where I wish to use U937 cells for phagocytosis of cancer cell.?

I wish to optimize a protocol where I need to see the phagocytotic activity of U937 against cancer cell. Please help me with this. It will also be a big help if you can suggest me some papers.

A follow up from the previous question, can you suggest papers where U937 cells are treated with IFN-gamma?

I have treated U937 cells with IFN-gamma for FcyRI induction but unfortunately could not get any induction. Can you let me know about papers where they have shown this experiment?
