Is it possible to estimate the 2-20um fraction from a soil sample for which the 2-50um is already known?

Is it possible to estimate the 2-20um fraction from a soil sample for which the 2-50um is already known (as well as the other clay and sand fractions)? The soil samples are from East Africa...
