Unfractionated Heparin (UFH) 30.000 IU/d in Covid-19?

High Di-Dimers in severe Covid-19 are sign of DIC. Preventive UFH was useful in septic abortion since 1964 (Prof. Walter Kuhn, Göttingen). Why not try this dose in Covid-19!
