If I inject 5 µL 100 ng/mL sample on my LC-MS system, should I then expect to see the same peak area if I instead inject 50 µL of 10 ng/mL sample?

Is the expected peak area the same if I increase the injection volume 10-fold and also decrease the sample concentration 10-fold?
