What is the best pre operative treatment for oeso-gastric junction adenocarcinoma? Radiochemotherapy or chemotherapy alone?

The preoperative treatment increase the oncologic result for adenocarcinoma of oesogastric junction. However the choice between radiochemotherapy or chemotherapy is not clear.
