Has anyone calculated the redox potential at the density functional theory (DFT) level? Using polarizable continuum model (PCM) for the solvent effect, which energy contribution should be considered?

It is not clear from the literature what kind of energy should be used for the solvated compound considered in the Born-Haber cycle.
