How can I restore the powder used in Acid - Base Titrations ?

Working on a membrane for fuel cells ,after measuring the IEC by Acid (0.05 Hcl) -Base (0.05 NaOH) Titrations and using phenolphthalene as an indicator. We need to restore the powder.
