Can someone share the protocol and markers for FACS cell sorting to sort Beta cells from pancreas in mice, post induction of autoimmunity?

I need to purify MATURE beta cells and use them for western blots to assess protein expression. I will be grateful for any advice on the protocols and best markers to do this.
