Is there any procedure to quantify Abscisic Acid and other Plant Growth Regulator besides using GC-MS or HPLC? E.g by spectrometry?

I need procedures to quantify ABA in wheat leaves. But we doesn't has a HPLC/ GC-MS, so may be there is some alternative methods, it will be useful. Thanks
