How to get crackless and pinhole free SnO2 layer in perovskite solar cell?

I am making SnO2 layer by spin coating method using 3.75wt% SnO2 nano particles in DI water. The spin coating speed is 3000 rpm for 30 seconds. I am using low temperature annealing process method....
