Does anyone had tumor inoculation issues with a high GFP expressing cell line such as RM1.PGLS?

We now have a highly GFP positive cell line and I did subcutaneous tumor inoculation (black/6 WT) in PBS with 2E5 cells. We even increased the cell numbers to 8E5 and didn't see palpable tumors...
