SDS-PAGE Sample not stacking well. Multiple Dye Fronts. Inverted Smiling on Bands?

Attached is the picture of the gel in question. In Lane #2 for example, there appears to be multiple dye fronts forming. Lanes 9 and 10 are what it is supposed to look like and it usually does....
