Does anybody knows how to synchronize the acquisition of Con-Trex Mj and a biopotentials amplifier?

I need to acquire EMG and torque of the cuadriceps, actually i have a isocinetic equipment Con-Trex MJ and a Biopac, but I don't know if there's an accesory that provides a sync signal for the ADC.
