Can PEDOT:PSS spoil during the time (for example 5 year in refrigerator)?

We have fabricated p-type perovskite solar cell and my pedot:pss gave lower result than bare ITO. Is that possible my PEDOT:PSS became spoiled because it has been kept in refrigerator for 5 yers.
