Nutritional intervention for a child 18 months with WHZ ‹-4sd ,congenital heart disease, not responding to RUTF, on HAART- ABC/3TC/NVP.

The child's weight is 5.32kgs and length 70.9cm. Admission weight was 5.06kg and 69cm. Any suggestion for possible nutritional support to boost the child's nutritional state?
